DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Luxembourg office, you will define the tactical direction & architecture of Gates European web sites in line with the global digital strategy and in support of the strategic initiatives of the business units.
- You will be supporting the budgeting process and develops, communicates, and manages detailed project plans related to online initiatives.
- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be coordinating technical, functional & architectural development of all aspect of digital strategy (websites, marketing automation, CRM integration, campaigns, )
- You'll be closely collaborating with the EMC project managers & digital marketing peers & management in Gates Denver headquarters.
**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:
- Building on a network based approach: finds the right digital marketing service partners and manages a network of external satellites.
- Investigating and recommending internet-based marketing (social media) opportunities based on online analysis.
- Exploiting Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing. Translates marketing ideas into optimum value for search engines.
- Acting as the spokes person for Gates EMEA & advocates EMEA digital marketing requirements towards Gates US digital marketing management.
- Supporting and managing the content marketing efforts. Is able to build a content delivery strategy across regions and channels.
- Measurement and Analysis
- Researching and evaluating employing new and emerging online value-generating technologies while benchmarking competitive advertising spend and programs for continuous improvement of marketing communication strategy and performance.
- Performing benchmarking versus competitors" site technicalities, functionalities & architecture.
- Serving as a liaison for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software implementation
- Measuring online interactions and provides regular reports of web traffic, web-generated sales leads, benchmarks value of web-generated sales leads, SEO traffic, followers, and develops strategies to quantify the business value of each.
- Improving use of statistics and reporting (uses new statistical tools, new global & microsite(s) offers).
**ABOUT YOU**
- Master / Bachelor degree in online marketing and/of communication
- At least 5 years of experience working in a corporate environment in general internet marketing in a b2b context
