Client Onboarding & KYC Specialist, Luxembourg
An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg. You will have the chance to become the main and reliable contact for Senior Relationship Managers. You are part of a small, dynamic and highly motivated team. The Client Account Management team which is part of the Client Service teams, an international and diverse environment in one of the most attractive segments with growth opportunities.
Your goal is to maximize client satisfaction as well as establishing credibility and trust, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. You are be in touch with our bank-internal specialists (products, credit, risk, legal, compliance, operations) and handle complex account related queries and execution of all tasks and processes of the life-cycle of a Wealth Management account.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Supporting senior relationship managers of the Emerging Europe coverage team to identify new opportunities and undertaking research requests. Write client’s profile for onboarding purpose
- Interact with clients and their representatives during onboarding stage
- Maintain close contact with clients in conjunction with the assigned relationship manager
- Assist in preparing client meetings and provide comprehensive overview about the bank, products and services. Draft call reports when present in client meeting.
- Interact with clients on a recurring basis for the operational matters and perform periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and within deadlines
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to improve the client services
**Skills and experience**:
- At least 3 years of experience of Wealth Management experience
- Acquired understanding of bank policies, processes and services
- Good problem-solving skills, multitasking and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and dynamic working approach
- Excellent English and Russian language skills, other languages are assets
