Our client, a big shot in the financial world, is on the lookout for a Payroll Manager to join their lively crew in Hamm. They're the top dogs globally, handling payroll services from their main office in Luxembourg. It's a golden opportunity for someone with experience._
**_ Payroll Manager_**_ - Your Role :_**
- As the Payroll Manager, your job is to keep a close eye on making sure payroll runs smoothly and on time for a bunch of Luxembourgish companies. You've got to stick to all the rules, local and international, like glue._
- Your main gig is to lead a team of payroll whizzes, making sure they keep things in line and keep the clients happy._
- You'll be buddy-buddy with other departments, making sure everyone talks openly and finding ways to make payroll processes even better._
- Putting together detailed reports for clients, with some smart insights thrown in, is a big chunk of your role. It's a real juggling act in this global setup. _
**_Payroll Manager_** **_- Your Profile:_**
- _ You've got at least 4 years under your belt handling payroll in a service provider setting._
- _ Using Apsal like a pro is a must-have skill._
- _ A degree in accounting is your ticket in._
- _ Speaking French and English is a must, and if you also know Luxembourgish and German, that's a bonus._
- _ You're the calm and steady type, aiming for a stable professional journey._
