The Compliance Auditor will be based in our headquarters next to Luxembourg airport and report to our Compliance Monitoring Managers.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Scheduling with the concerned Nominated Persons or Managers the dates of the audits / inspections (based on the audits/inspections plan).
- Performing the audits / inspections assigned by Compliance Monitoring Managers (within Jetfly or within external organizations, its preparation, its realization, the closing meeting and the report).
- Preparing, completing and updating the audit questionnaire with criteria and questions related to verification of the applicable regulations and the Jetfly documentation
- Providing the audit report to Compliance Monitoring Managers within 2 weeks after the completion of audit / inspection.
- Managing the audit process through Centrik: Audit Report; Review of CAP, Root Cause, Preventive and Corrective Actions
- Analyzing the evidences provided by the respective finding owner and reports the results to Compliance Managers.
- Support the development and implementation of the Compliance Monitoring System.
- Monitors the continued compliance, and remains knowledgeable on with the requirements of EASA and DACL.
**Profile**:
- He/she must have a minimum of a 2 years relevant work experience in the field of AOC and/or CAMO activities or in a compliance department with experience as auditor
- Business aviation would be a must, but regular commercial aviation is acceptable
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and adhere to ethical standards.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to distinguish facts from opinions.
- Active listening, open-mindedness, and ability to interact with different stakeholders.
- Rigor, organization, and ability to assist departments in continuous improvement.
- Critical thinking and proactive approach in identifying and solving problems.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
