- Providing legal advice and being involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various types of contracts and legal documents
- Supporting departments internally on legal questions
- Acting as first point of contact for all legal questions of the customers
- Conducting legal research and staying up to date with regards to any legal developments in your field and Luxembourg laws
**Legal Counsel : Your Profile**

- You hold a Master's degree in law or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel in a PSF firm with a deep knowledge of funds (UCITS/AIF/PE/RE)
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and French, others languages will be considered as an asset.
- Excellent understanding of Luxembourgish and international laws and regulations
- You are capable of managing a high volume of work and prioritize your tasks
