Our PE backed client, based in numerous sites in Central Europe is looking for a new Head of Group Treasury to join the organization. Reporting to Head of Corporate Finance, the Head of Group Treasury will lead the Treasury team to manage liquidity, safeguard financial stability and support the businesses objectives.
The main responsibilities of the role include managing cash and liquidity across the Group, including liquidity planning, ensuring both external and internal flow of funds. You will conduct monthly reporting and analysis of treasury activities, ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements in order to minimize risk. You will manage the Group’s debt structure, analysing, structuring, and executing appropriate refinancing, repricing, and similar activities in coordination with the Group’s shareholders. You should also have a level of commerciality, managing relationships with the Groups banks and insurers.
Salary negotiable, commensurate with your current pay package.
