**Job Description**:
Following the latest CSSF and AED obligation to appoint 2 persons in charge of AML/CFT Compliance in Investment funds’ industry, the IQ EQ Compliance Manager will mainly assist the AML-CFT Compliance Officers as “RC” of the Funds / Fund managers to ensure that they comply with the AML Luxembourg regulatory framework and be the delegated RC of some IQ EQ clients.

The AML/CFT & RC Manager will:

- Ensure that the funds / fund managers comply with Luxembourg regulatory and legal requirements, as well as internal policies and by law
- Be informed of the legal AML regulatory changes in Luxembourg
- Take RC mandates when necessary (with an approximate maximum of 15) at the Fund or Fund manager’s level with registration in GoAML and eDesk platforms (escalation point)
- Review potential hits from name screening on behalf of the clients and ensure that the screening hits have been processed in due time
- Coordinate with the different services (TA, AIFM, domiciliation, etc..) / delegates
- Draft and/or review of annual AML reports
- Assist the clients with CSSF or AED requests
- Draft and review the client’s policies and procedures
- Develop a robust compliance culture (regulatory watch), providing support, education and training to staff to build compliance risk awareness within the Company
- Assist the Head of AML/CFT & RC Services on development projects (implementation of newsletters / organization of live AML trainings, etc.) and prospects
- Organize the priorities and legal deadlines to ensure that the clients having contracted with IQEQ AML/CFT & RC services have been serviced and that the team has met the deadlines
- Increase efficiency of processes in place
- Ensure the delivery with a good level of quality and in timely manner
- Performs allocation of the tasks to the team members
- Anticipates the workload and provide visibility to the Head of AML/CFT & RC

Key competencies for position and level

Getting things right and doing the right thing lie at the core of our AIFM team as they make sure we’re always consistent and comply with current financial regulations. While the role is focusing on Private Equity and Real Estate within the AIFM department, you will need to be a master organizer, enjoy variety and a methodical planner.

You’ll need to be thorough in all you do, using your own judgment to highlight any significant finds and escalate if rules and regulations are breached. Attention to detail is a must have as you'll be responsible for producing timely and accurate compliance and AML reports for the clients. You’ll need to ensure they comply and meet the KYC/KYT obligations. You will need to escalate any compliance AML/CFT findings to the General Partner / Client (RR or RC) and the Board of the AIFM.

**Qualifications**:

- Master/Bachelor in Finance or an equivalent degree
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in a similar position or an AIFM in Luxembourg
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds
- Exposure of working with third party delegates and service providers
- Fluent in English; additional language would be considered an asset
