BIL, a leading bank in Luxembourg, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Officer, you will manage our social touchpoints, work on print and digital marketing campaigns, and lead client mailings. This role requires fluency in French and English, with proficiency in German and Luxembourgish considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the bank's social media touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand presence and engaging content across all platforms. Proficiency in simple video and image editing (e.g. PlayPlay / Canva) considered an asset
- Develop and implement print and digital marketing campaigns, targeting both existing and potential clients.
- Lead the creation and distribution of client mailings, including newsletters, promotional materials, and event invitations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with the bank's objectives.
- Write clear and concise copy for marketing materials, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including GDPR.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in marketing and data protection, implementing necessary updates to the bank's strategies.
- Work autonomously while maintaining effective communication with the wider team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in German and Luxembourgish is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, creating marketing campaigns, and developing client mailings.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone for various marketing materials.
- Understanding of marketing regulations and data protection laws
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments and build strong professional relationships.
