Our client is an independent Law firm about 10 people based in Luxembourg City. This law Firm is specialized in Corporate, Tax and Banking services. To work in close collaboration with the founder and partner of the firm, our client is actively looking for an experienced n accountant and the paralegal officer, our client is looking for a Corporate Legal administrative Assistant.

**As Corporate Legal administrative assistant, your main responsibilities will be**:

- Traditional secretarial work (writing letters, organizing meetings, photocopying, archiving, calendar management, taking calls, organization of trips)
- Support in Corporate Paralegal Governance
- Support in KYC Compliance
- Updating customer contact lists in Outlook
- Office Management
- Board Corporate and administrative Management
- Recording of time, disbursements and expense reports

**Profile**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Administrative and Governance support IN A LAW FIRM
- Strong capability to adapt to a new and challenging environment
- Team-player, organized, solution-oriented, flexible
- Fluent in English and French mandatory

**Offer**:
