Pour l'un de nos clients actif dans le secteur des assurances, nous sommes activement à la recherche d'un Business Analyste/Test Manager.
**Vos responsabilités**:
En charge de l'étude, de l'analyse fonctionnelle et de la formalisation des demandes business ;
Challenger l'expression des besoins, proposer des solutions innovantes ;
Participation au suivi du planning des réalisations en collaboration avec le chef de projet ;
Définition la stratégie de tests, préparation des scénarii de tests, suivi de leur parfaite exécution et rédaction de rapports des résultats ;
Animation des réunions de coordination et de réflexion sur différents thèmes.
**Votre profil**:
Vous êtes universitaire avec une expérience professionnelle de minimum 5 ans en business analyse et testing ;
Vous maîtrisez à la fois les techniques d'analyses (ex. IREB) et de tests (ex. ISTQB Foundation) ;
Analytique, synthétique et pragmatique ;
Vous êtes autonome, avec le sens des relations humaines et la capacité à travailler en équipe ;
Vous appréciez les responsabilités et l'accompagnement du business dans sa transformation ;
**Vos petits plus**:
Une connaissance des métiers de l'assurance ;
Des compétences en approche « Agile - Continuous Delivery » ;
Vous avez la citoyenneté européenne ou disposez d'un permis de travail valide, et vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais.
