Tâches et responsabilités
- Expertise sur les réglementations bancaires : Bâle III & IV, IFRS 9, NDoD, NPL, Forbearance, Loan Origination and Monitoring et Credit Risk Mitigation
- Gestion de projet de transformation : coordination, pilotage et suivi en étroite collaboration avec les experts métiers et les correspondants techniques
- Missions d’accompagnement dans la gestion de projet de mise en conformité réglementaire : analyse des textes réglementaires, gap analysis, recommandations et mise en oeuvre, préconisations et mise en œuvre, accompagnement du changement, documentation
- Accoutumance de l’environnement bancaire et des processus crédit (octroi, notation, monitoring, provisionnement, suivi de défaut)
- Mise en place et optimisation de dispositifs d’encadrement, de suivi et de reporting des risques de crédit
- Une maîtrise des enjeux de modélisation (EAD, PD, LGD, CCF) pour le calcul du RWA
- Bonne connaissance des ratios de solvabilité et de la fonction Finance
- Compréhension des enjeux liés à la data (normalisation, complétude, analyse, revue de la qualité des données financières) et des contraintes associées à l’alimentation de reporting en termes de S.I.
Profil
- Diplômé(e) d’un bac+5 et issu(e) d’une formation Grande Ecole de commerce ou Université avec au minimum 3 ans d’expérience en cabinets de conseil ou au sein des grands acteurs bancaires
- Vous êtes organisé dans votre travail
- Vous avez un très bon sens du relationnel, d’analyse et de synthèse
- Vous avez une expérience préalable dans le domaine des projets règlementaires
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
- Esprit d’équipe
