As a Junior Account Manager you create a trusted relationship with our mass market customers.

The main focus of the Account Manager is to assure follow-up of incoming leads for new business, to retain existing customers, to actively develop new business from existing clients as well as to actively seek new sales opportunities.

Account management responsibilities do also include connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. The Account Manager answers client queries and identifies new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, he will liaise with cross-functional internal teams mainly Customer Service and Terminal Support to improve the entire customer experience.

In addition a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve budget goals, while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

**Main Duties**
- Serve as the lead point of contact for Mass market customer’s account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Set-up and negotiate contracts, manage AML/KYC requirements and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Maintain existing business and develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Prepare and deliver sales reports as well as forecasts
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Onsite customer visits to assure maximum market presence

**Your Profile**
- Proven track record as Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Agile and focused on success
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, CRM etc.) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Proven ability of autonomous time management
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Bac +2/3 degree in Sales or Sales Support with an experience of 1-2 years in Sales or relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English, French, Luxembourgish and German
- Ability to analyze data combined with in market understanding
