L’Activité Mondiale Identité & Sécurité Numériques (DIS) fournit des technologies et services (des logiciels sécurisés en passant par la biométrie ou encore le cryptage), qui permettent aux entreprises ainsi qu’aux gouvernements de vérifier des identités, et de protéger les données afin qu’elles restent sûres.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Technical Solution Development**
- Gain expert-level understanding of the company's products and services.
- Design and propose tailored technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to define accurate and competitive offers.
- Prepare detailed kit-lists and configurations to support solution customization.
**2. Sales Support**
- Assist Account Managers in qualifying prospects by identifying customer pain points and aligning them with suitable solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the creation of commercial proposals and quotations, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.
- Contribute to writing the technical sections of customer proposals (design, implementation, transitions, etc.).
**3. Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Act as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide timely and professional responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid-related documentation under the supervision of the Bid Manager.
**4. Market & Technology Watch**
- Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer challenges.
- Attend events, trade shows, and read relevant publications to maintain a forward-looking understanding of market developments.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to help align offerings with evolving customer needs.
**Information Security Responsibilities**
- Comply with company information security policies and privacy procedures.
- Recognize and report suspicious behavior, phishing attempts, or social engineering tactics.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong technical background and understanding of the company’s products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with bid management processes and technical writing is a plus.
