**We are seeking for a Business Analyst.**
Our Project Management Office is now looking for a forward-thinking and smart individual to the continuous improvement and deployment of new capabilities within the company.
We are seeking for outstanding individuals that are self-starters, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big while paying careful attention to detail and that enjoy working in a fast-paced team that continuously learns and evolves on a day-to-day basis.
**What you will be working on**
- Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and define business recommendations.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Define business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
- Perform detailed functional requirements analysis for processes and systems.
- Build and review functional specifications and design.
- Elaborate business cases and studies according to business strategy.
- Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Execute and coordinate user acceptance tests.
- Identify scope deviations and manage change requests.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Create ad hoc reporting to support decision making.
**What we look for**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or other relevant fields.
- 3 years minimum, 5+ years preferred experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong experience in document drafting (English) and preparation of presentations.
- Experience with functional analysis, business process modelling (BPM).
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft desktop tools (particularly Windows, MS Office, Web browsers, Adobe, etc.).
- Any relevant certification is a plus: Business Analyst (IREB, IQBBA, IIBA), Process Modelling (BPMN), testing (ISTQB)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Track record of following through on commitments.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Growth mindset: you don't see problems; you see opportunities and are energized by coming up with multiple solutions to solve challenges.
- Team-player: understand how to navigate complex business and understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration
- Agile: you are pro-active, flexible, and able to adapt quickly
- Fluent in English - French or German would be an asset
