LEGAL COUNSEL

Notre client, une société de développement immobilier, est un acteur majeur de son marché. Cette structure est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Conseiller / Conseillère Juridique expérimenté(e) dans le secteur immobilier.

Responsabilités:

- Gestion et suivi divers contrats immobiliers ;
- Participation aux discussions contractuelles ;
- Gestion et suivi des projets existants ;
- Due diligence juridique, rédaction et revue des documents de transaction ;
- Gestion des dossiers de contentieux juridiques ;
- Gestion de l'ensemble des taches juridiques des entitées du groupe ;
- Création et gestion des procédures de conformité ;

Votre profil:

- Master en droit (des affaires ou immobilier) ;
- Trois années d'expérience réussie dans le secteur immobilier ;
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais, la connaissance de l’allemand étant un plus ;
- Vous disposez d’un esprit d’équipe mais êtes aussi capable de travailler de manière autonome ;
- Organisé(e), capable de prioriser les tâches et à l’aise avec le multi-tâches ;
- Motivé(e) et désireux(se) de progresser dans une entreprise dynamique.
