Votre rôle:
Basé(e) à Luxembourg, le/la Legal Counsel reporte au Head of Legal d’Immobel Luxembourg.

Dans ce rôle, vous apporterez un soutien proactif et approfondi dans le cadre des projets de développement
d'Immobel (résidentiels, bureaux, etc.), en étroite collaboration avec les autres conseils juridiques et les
autres départements.

Vos principales missions:
**Accompagnement juridique des projets immobiliers du Luxembourg**
- rédaction et révision de divers types d'accords de construction et d'immobilier ;
- assistance dans les négociations contractuelles ;
- suivi et gestion des contrats existants et assistance aux problèmes soulevés au cours du processus d'élaboration
- assistance juridique dans le processus d'acquisition : due diligence juridique et examen/rédaction
des documents de transaction, le cas échéant en étroite collaboration avec des conseils externes;
- un suivi proactif des projets en cours, d'un point de vue juridique ;
- gestion et suivi des litiges juridiques, par exemple avec les acheteurs, les entrepreneurs, etc. au besoin, en coordination avec des avocats et des conseillers externes ;
- suivi des litiges et assistance à l'entreprise dans les litiges ; suivi de la mise en place des assurances construction et suivi des sinistres.

**Administration juridique des sociétés et suivi des procédures compliance**
- Gestion quotidienne de tous les aspects juridiques liés à la vie des sociétés du groupe administrées depuis le Luxembourg (procurations, conseils d’administration, assemblées générales ) ;
- Suivi de la mise en place des procédures de compliance applicables au secteur de l’immobilier.

Votre profil:

- Vous avez un diplôme de Master en droit des affaires ou en droit immobilier ;
- Vous disposez d’une première expérience réussie d’au moins trois (3) années acquise au sein d’un cabinet d’avocat ou en tant que juriste d’entreprise dans le secteur immobilier ;
- Vous parlez parfaitement français et anglais et la connaissance de l’allemand serait un plus ;
- Vous êtes pragmatique et orienté(e) résultats ;
- Vous avez de solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles et êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement exigeant et en évolution rapide ;
- Vous êtes capable et désireux de défendre l'intérêt contractuel de l'entreprise ;
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et partager vos connaissances, mais vous êtes également capable de travailler de manière autonome et de prendre vos propres responsabilités ;
- Vous êtes organisé(e), savez prioritisés les tâches et n’avez pas peur de travailler sur plusieurs sujets en même temps (multi-tasking) ;
