On behalf of our client, a successful Asset Manager in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “Fund Operations Specialist (M/F/d)”.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the timely and correct processing of the daily operational activities of investment funds (corporate actions, outgoing and incoming payments)
- Contacting customers and contractual partners to clarify problems or questions in connection with fund operations
- Execute regular reconciliations of transactions, holdings and cash positions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Contribution to process improvements and projects
- Preparation and distribution of regular reports to internal stakeholders and customers

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or economics or relevant experience in the investment fund industry
- Professional experience of at least 3 years
- Fluency in German and English
