Nous recherchons un Consultant RH Senior pour une mission au sein d'une grande banque. Vous jouerez un rôle de partenaire stratégique RH, en gérant des projets complexes et en apportant des analyses pour soutenir les objectifs de l'entreprise.

**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer les relations avec les clients internes et mobiliser les ressources pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques.
- Analyser les données RH pour identifier des tendances et améliorer l'engagement des employés et la performance de l'entreprise.
- Contribuer à la planification stratégique des talents via des analyses approfondies.
- Identifier et développer les compétences des équipes, en fournissant coaching et conseils spécialisés en RH.
- **
Expérience**: Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en tant que HR Business Partner/Generalist, avec expertise en développement des talents, rémunération ou relations employés idéalement dans une banque ou dans une grande structure.
- ** Compétences**: Maîtrise du français courant et anglais niveau B2 requis. Excellente gestion du stress et des priorités, capacité d’analyse, anticipation des besoins des parties prenantes, collaboration efficace et leadership d’équipes performantes.

**Poste à pourvoir dès que possible pour une mission de longue durée.
