For our **HQs in Luxembourg **, we are currently looking for a **C&B Specialist **. In this role you will provide analytical and other professional support to the C&B Lux function, including analysis, documentation, ad hoc researches, job evaluation support, salary proposals administration, communication material and training of C&B tools’ users.

**Main Tasks**
**SALARY PROPOSAL PREPARATION
- Maintains the salary proposal database and prepares presentations related to the status of salary proposals for Group HRBPs (C&B Manager responsible for the communication of the material with the HRBPs)
- Responsible for ensuring all required material is provided for a salary proposal to be made
- Drafts salary proposals for employees below Middle Management level
- Prepares entry data for out-of-Lux proposals for the Expat Unit

SECONDED EMPLOYEES ADMINISTRATION
- Maintains database with status of data required for each seconded employee from Lux and contacts host countries to receive all required material for correct gross up in Lux
- Collects information about the obtained income in the host country and communicates to the HR Admin function

GRADING PROCESS
- Responsible for scheduling grading sessions and ensuring that all involved parties participate
- Participates in job evaluation sessions in order to ensure full documentation required for the process
- Supports the C&B Manager in maintaining the job evaluation database

YEAR END PROCESS
- Strongly involved in data check phase, letter preparation phase
- Provides support during the changes of data in the salary tool
- Cooperates with HR Admin to understand data accuracy
- Supports in the assignment of scorecards up to Middle Management population, taking into consideration the scorecards of the superior
- Supports the C&B Manager in managing ad hoc requests for changes of proposals after the proposal collection phase is closed

C&B ANALYSIS AND STATISTICS
- Prepares diverse analysis related to all C&B matters (compa ratio, internal equity, demographics, trends, etc) based on the needs of the C&B Manager and HRBPs
- Supports in collecting data for the compensation reports bought by the organization (HAY, Mercer)
- Supports in preparing the required data for the merit budget process coordinated by the C&B Manager

PARTICIPATION IN PROJECTS
- Supports in the roll out of several C&B related projects

OTHER
- Supports in other duties within the C&B function (organizing C&B conventions, taking notes during C&B meetings)
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Job Requirements

**Profile**
- MSc in Finance or HR
- 3-4 years of experience in C&B and/or HRIS and/or HR Controlling
- Experience and knowledge of practical C&B topics a plus
- Preferably experience obtained in large multinational companies (in Luxembourg would be optimal)
- Background in HR consulting an advantage
- Understanding of HR function, role and responsibilities vs the business
- Precise, detail oriented, accurate and results oriented
- Able to analyze large amounts of data and make connections between different figures
- Patience and ability to easily adapt to changes in priorities
- Client oriented (ability to work with stakeholders of all different levels in the organization)
- Open-minded and able to see the “bigger” picture
- Well organized and able to manage time

**IT Skills**
- Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge an additional advantage

**Languages**
- English - fluent both spoken and written (business language a must with C&B vocabulary)
- Any other language a plus
