Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering high performance and continuous growth.
- Develop and implement PMO processes and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, overseeing resource allocation, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define priorities, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular reports on milestones, risks, and issues.
- Promote the use of project management tools and software.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of success and improvement.

**What we expect from you**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
- Proven success in delivering transformative projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical and operational teams.
