**Responsabilités**

La mission consiste concrètement dans les tâches suivantes:

- Gestion des annonces de projet
- Orienter les clients dans l’élaboration des annonces de projets
- Comprendre les besoins métiers haut-niveau et aider les clients à les formuler
- Comprendre les besoins essentiels en matière d’architecture logicielle
- Collecter et vérifier la conformité des annonces de projet avant de les soumettre à la Direction
- Gestion du portefeuille de projet
- Créer les nouveaux projets dans l’outil de gestion de portefeuilles de projet
- Collecter les propositions de projet pour les faire relire aux CGP (Comités de Gouvernance de Portefeuille)
- Participer au secrétariat des CGP
- Gestion de la méthode et des supports documentaires
- Participer à l’évolution des outils et de la méthode en gouvernance de portefeuilles de projets et en gestion de projet
- Participer à la formation des chefs de projet d'un point de vue outillage et méthode
- Assister les chefs de projet d'un point de vue outillage et méthode
- Développer des supports de communication pour exposer la méthode à nos partenaires
- S'assurer que l'ensemble des chefs de projet suit les éléments obligatoires et réalise le reporting mensuel à la Direction

**Compétences**
- De préférence un diplôme universitaire de type bachelor/master en informatique ou dans une matière assimilable
- Expérience en tant que Project Management Officer d’un an minimum
- Certification en gestion de projet (Hermes, PRINCE2, PMBOK)
- Bonnes capacités de rédaction, de travailler en équipe et doit respecter les consignes
- Connaissance de l’anglais (B1) et du français (C1)
- Expérience en administration de Sharepoint (est un atout)
- Expérience de Qlik Sense et Jira (est un atout)
