Overview
Bank of New York Mellon Luxembourg provides depositary services for collective investment schemes for Luxembourg registered funds.
**Job Description**:
The T&D safekeeping and cash flow monitoring manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the safekeeping and cash flow monitoring teams. The position will report to the group manager responsible for the funds oversight team.
Main tasks will be as follows:
- Overall management of the safekeeping and cash flow monitoring teams.
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team members.
- Ensure the teams adheres to formally documented procedures and controls designed to ensure the activity is performed according to regulatory requirements and group policies.
- Procedures and controls review.
- Monitors and maintains KRI's and KPI’s related to the activity.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years in the financial services industry with significant experience in the investment fund business and exposure to depositary bank activities.
- People management experience.
- Good knowledge of the funds regulations
- Strong analytical, communication and organization skills.
- Perfect command of English. Any additional languages would be considered as an advantage
