**Trust & Depositary Luxembourg - Lead Analyst Safekeeping and Recordkeeping
Overview
Bank of New York Mellon Luxembourg provides depositary services for collective investment schemes for Luxembourg registered funds.
**Job Description**:
The T&D lead analyst will be part of the Luxembourg depositary funds oversight safekeeping and record keeping team, responsible for the activities related to safekeeping of assets and ownership verification duties applicable to depositary banks in Luxembourg.
Main tasks will be as follows:
- Assist the team manager in the daily business activity supervision of the team.
- Perform/review controls related to the safekeeping of assets, record keeping and ownership verification duties.
- Production/review of funds’ assets inventories.
- Assist in the procedures and controls review.
- Provide training as required.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years in the financial services industry with significant experience in the investment fund business and exposure to depositary bank activities.
- Perfect command of English. Any additional languages would be considered as an advantage.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Strong understanding of a wide range of assets and their specificities.
