**Your field of responsibility**

Join the Chief Operation Officer (COO) Team in Luxembourg where you will be assisting the COO in a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities will include to ensure the smooth flow of projects, liaising between the Team and keeping track of the progress made in each project. Furthermore, you will be attending weekly meetings, where you are expected to provide personal input and you will be asked to write Minutes on a regular basis. This is the ideal opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge about day to day business operations.

**Your skills and experience**

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual with following qualifications:

- Student status and an Internship agreement from your University for the whole traineeship duration. Availability for a minimum of 6 months, preferably up to one year and must be authorized to work in Luxembourg
- Ability to work independently within framework of objectives
- Strong analytical approach, organisational skills, very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound and proficient knowledge of English (German a strong asset, any other language is welcome)
- Self
- motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable in a fast paced work environment
- Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
