The COO Office in Luxembourg is the centerpiece of the Management Company. It coordinates all local and overreaching projects, collects and processes diverse information and presents them to the management of the legal entity. During your internship, you are going to be introduced to the diverse aspects of asset management and you will be supporting the team in many diverse tasks. Your focus will be on administrative and coordinative tasks focusing on projects, regulatory changes, audits and meetings.

Your tasks
- Supporting the top-management in the daily business
- Actively assist the coordination of external and internal audits as well as with the follow-up findings
- Responsible for the presentation and the post processing of project meetings
- Creation of Senior Management presentations

Your qualifications

We are looking for talents with good academic grades who already have some practical experience to make a positive contribution to our clients.
- Are you studying business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business mathematics or a comparable economic or natural science specalization?
- Are you interested in financial issues and capital market topics?
- Have you already gained some practical experience in project work?
- Do you have a high affinity for asset management?
- Do you have strong communication skills, fluency in German and English?
- Do you prefer working in a team and are you able to inspire others with your ideas?
- Do you stay concentrated even under pressure?
- Are you a responsible, committed personality with excellent analytical skills and quick comprehension?
- You can present us a current criminal record?
