Our client is an independent corporate service providing a full range of company administration services to private equity, real estate, Soparfi and HNWI clients.

In order to reinforce their Luxembourg based team, they are looking to recruit a **Manager Accountant (M/F)**

**Mission**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of client companies mainly under the form of private equity/real estate/SPVs
- Review interim and annual financial statements
- Review direct and indirect tax compliance
- Guarantee all operational aspects of the files
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supervise, train and motivate a team of accountants and officers

**Profile**:
Profile
- Degree educated in finance or accounting
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience within a Fiduciary or a Big Four firm
- Experience in portfolio management in private equity/real estate/SPVs
- Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP - knowledge of IFRS or other GAAP is an asset
- PC literate - BOB50 is a real advantage
- Fluent in French and English - German is considered as an asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Willing to work and progress in a young and dynamic team
