**A&O SHEARMAN**
**Internship contract**
Experience a six-month internship at A&O Shearman starting in July 2025, where you will become an integral part of a team, work alongside accomplished lawyers, and actively participate in local and cross-border legal cases.
**Role purpose**
- Conducting legal research
- Participating in due diligence exercises
- Translating, drafting and proofreading legal documents
- Assisting in preparing client correspondence and presentations
**Key requirements**
You are a Master’s student in Business Law with a specialization in Tax law.
You are fluent in **French, English and German**. If you are motivated and eager to learn, this internship offers an excellent opportunity to expand your legal knowledge, develop autonomy, and engage with challenging cases.
