**Your role**:
The AI Factory (L-AIF) is a national flagship initiative that aims to foster a robust and inclusive AI ecosystem in Luxembourg by bridging education, research, industry, and society. It focuses on building AI skills, promoting trustworthy AI, and accelerating innovation through targeted training, micro-credentials, public engagement, and industry collaboration. Within this initiative, the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) at the University of Luxembourg plays a leading role in developing AI training programmes, coordinating talent development activities, and supporting outreach and communication efforts. As the leader of the Work Package on Talent Development, FSTM is responsible for designing sector-specific courses, managing the creation of micro-credentials, and organising events such as hackathons and seminars, in close collaboration with academic and industry partners.
- Your Responsibilities:_
- Contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of AI training programmes and micro-credential courses within the AI Factory (L-AIF) project
- Conduct research on the integration of AI education and skills development in sector-specific contexts (e.g. finance, space, cybersecurity, green economy):

- Identify needs of the different sectors and develop concepts for each community
- Support the development of pedagogical content for MOOCs, workshops, and blended learning formats
- Participate in hackathons, workshops, and AI public engagement events to help transfer knowledge and foster community interaction
- Analyse trends and emerging practices in AI education, talent development, and lifelong learning
- Contribute to scientific publications, reports, and communication materials related to the project
- Assist in supervising students and coordinating collaborative research and training activities

**Your profile**:

- PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Solid research background in one or more AI domains, with an interest in interdisciplinary and applied research
- Experience in developing or contributing to educational content, online training materials, or academic courses
- Strong communication skills and an ability to engage with stakeholders across academia, industry, and policy
- A track record of publications in relevant fields; experience with European research or education projects is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, multi-partner team
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of French or German is considered a plus
