As a result of the continuous increase of our activities, we are currently looking for an:
**Operational Support Officer (F/M)**:
Within a Business Unit of 200 employees, composed of lawyers and administrative support functions, you will work closely with our Business Unit Operational Manager to facilitate all daily operational tasks.

**Your role**:
Under the supervision of the Business Unit Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Generating and sharing comprehensive and detailed reports (defined by the BU) about the pool’s organisation (strategic report, workload report, timesheet report);
- Preparing and organising the steering meetings within the BU;
- Managing absence requests and follow-up (vacation, illness, working from home, training leave);
- Preparing the arrival of newcomers (lawyers & support functions), including managing the in logistics, collecting financial and other data and any other tasks needed to ensure their proper integration within the Business Unit;
- Pro-actively developing effective working relationships with all BU members.

As part of operational process improvement actions, you will participate in concrete cross-functional projects:

- Following-up on various BU projects with the BU Manager;
- Ensuring that operational processes within the BU are duly implemented and fully adhered to;
- Contributing to the sharing and maintenance of good operational practices between BUs (file opening and management processes, training actions for the integration of assistants, appropriation of management tools);
- Acting as a back-up in the absence of the BU Manager.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree;
- You have previous professional experience in the coordination of support functions, project management;
- A first experience within a team dedicated to operational excellence or organisational audit within a law firm or in the financial sector is considered as a strong asset;
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French;
- You have an advanced level of MS Office. You are at ease with IT tools, spreadsheets, figures, statics and presentations;
- You are rigorous, structured and organised with strong analytical skills;
- You are proactive, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion;
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and you.
