This highly-regarded HoldCo manages investments primarily in Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure and operates across various jurisdictions. You will personally join the legal team currently composed of two members, who handle various interesting transactions and have been working in the structure for many years. Your Responsibilities | Legal Counsel - Law - HoldCO - PE/RE - Inhouse
You are in charge of transactions in PE/RE and infrastructure from the set up to the closing which also includes the review and negotiations of contracts.
You are responsible for legal monitoring and research but also for offering legal advice in relation to the daily operations.
You will participating in adapting internal legal policies and procedures if needed and also drafting corporate templates.
You report directly to the Head of Legal and coordinating with the other internal teams.

A Master degree in Law is asked and it will be an advantage to have other training certificates or diplomas.
