**Your mission**
- Managing communications between AIFM, administrators, paying agents, the portfolio management team and investors.
- Coordinating capital calls on investors
- Coordinating the payment process for investments
- Ongoing maintenance of portfolio data in our portfolio management system
- Reconciliation of payments at loan and fund level
- Preparation of investor reports
- Preparation and review of fee statements
- Maintenance and calculation of more complex fee models

**Your profile**
- For this position, we are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and high initiative.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and implementation orientation.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with the following majors: Business or Economics, Finance and Accounting.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Initial work/internship experience e.g. in the areas of fund administration, private equity or private debt is an advantage
