**What you will be doing**

As a Fraud Operations Analyst you will be responsible for mitigating fraud risks and financial losses, while ensuring a great user experience and supporting Satispay growth. As part of your daily activities, you will:

- Review risky transactions identified by our KYT tools and manage related risks
- Make sure the quality of the KYT alerts is at its best and proactively enhance the KYT system when needed
- Use fraud detection tools and a data driven approach (knowledge of SQL is a plus) to enhance fraud monitoring processes
- Provide monthly reports to Senior Management about relevant Fraud KPIs and propose new solutions to improve results
- Understand and assess new threats linked to the development of Satispay’s services
- Work closely with the Tech and Data Analytics department to identify weaknesses and areas of improvement, to minimise losses while improving UX.

- motivation, you are not scared to deep dive into new topics
- +3 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup in the fintech or e-commerce sector
- analytical mindset and proven ability to process large sets of information and numbers
- highly interested in the usage of new techniques and technologies and their potential associated risk in terms of fraud
- Fluent written and spoken English. Italian, French and/or German are considered a plus
