Process Quality and Vendor Management

**Main responsibilities and accountabilities:
Will be in charge of:
- Manages Capex Quality Management (AMCG process management, supplier audit and qualification, contract audits, user satisfaction surveys)
- Overseeing an monitoring the quality of process and products to ensure they meet the standards and specifications of the organization;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in development of relevant IT tools developing and implementing quality management system and processes, improving the management in good compliance of the process & strong database.
- Train and review compliance to process with Buyers.
- Coordinates with Internal Audit to review compliance of process at different sites.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality and vendor management.
- Manages AMCG yearly Supplier Assessment campaign:
- Defines supplier assessment global methods and procedures (questionnaires, flag attribution, )
- Defines the global campaign schedule and follow-up all the steps until achievement.
- Liaises with EPO and other AM Segment purchasing organizations on the vendor list
- Liaises with IT tool Administrator
- Consolidates the campaign results in a final report
- Prepares Capex supplier letters to inform about results
- Organizes restitution meetings with suppliers involving project stakeholders for critical projects
- Designs and follows capex supplier improvement plans along with the Buyers
- Manages AMCG KPI performance Measurement and reporting, including tracking of Savings, etc.
- Tracks & reports KPIs
- Manages database for Contracts and EONs
- Creates structure and manages common share point.

Bachelor degree in a correlated area, such as:
- Business administration
- Supply chain management
- Procurement
- Logistics
- Economics
- Engineering
- Legal
*Knowledge in logistics, supply chain management, contracts, negotiation, as well as in business stra tegy, accounting and financial management will be considered as a plus.
