Our client is a leading Asset Manager in the secondary market for Private Assets.

They are finalising the set-up of their new AIFM in Luxembourg, and to complete the new team they are looking for a Conducting Officer for the Risk Management function.

**Your role**:

- Set up the Risk Management framework in collaboration with the current providers
- Draft and review Risk Management policies
- Working closely with the AIFM’s Investment Advisor and the AIF’s external Administrators
- Key point of contact for all Risk related matters, including with the CSSF

**Your profile**
- You have a proven track record in PE/RE - AIFM risk management
- You are eligible for approval by the CSSF as a conducting officer but hands-on
