For our department _Digital Exp.Product Management_** **within **General Services**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Digital Experience Team Manager_**
**_Main duties:_**
Main duties:
- Manage, plan and lead the Digital Experience Team with-in the DXP Team. The Digital Experience Team will be responsible for producing Digital Experience Concepts (including User Stories, Interaction Concepts, Visual Design, Information Architecture and Prototypes ). This work will be produced on the basis of A/ B Testing, Online Tracking, UX Research, Workshops with stakeholders and customers, etc and analysis of business problems with a focus on the customer, clear communication and efficient processes.
- Produce & Maintain the Digital eXperience Platforms Roadmap and work with relevant stakeholders including (eCommerce, LGIT Sales, Legal, Risk, Finance etc )
- Monitor the impact changes to digital experiences have on eCommerce targets and customer satisfaction & Produce a Quarterly Report.
- Work with the rest of the IT department and Luxair to coordinate releases & updates to digital experiences.
- Define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with all stakeholders, to enable Luxair customers to benefit from updates as quickly as possible.
- Manage the DXP Backlog, working with stakeholders from other teams on priorities and cleaning up the backlog to ensure that realistic expectations are set with regard to future features.

- Master degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering or similar line of studies
- Have a proven experience as product owner and a proven track record of managing complex projects in matrix organizations
- Have a proven experience of Agile project management as a product owner & scrum master
- Background in eCommerce & online booking platforms
- Have a proven experience in change management & digital transformation
- Show effective analytical skills
- Show strong leadership skills
- Show excellent communication skills in English
**Minimum required criteria**:

- Show a strong ability to communicate at all levels
- Skills in French and/or German (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (HTML, JAVA etc.) beneficial
- Demonstrate a background as a Customer Advocate in product development
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
