**Responsibilities**
Main responsibilities
- Support the Head of Regulatory Reporting in the production and submission of regulatory reporting for the Luxembourg EFG Group entities
- Support the production of the Pillar III disclosures of the bank
- Assist in the preparation of the Recovery & Resolution plans of the bank
- Support the Head of Accounting in the production of the statutory financial statements for the Luxembourg EFG Group entities
- Support the Head of Planning & Reporting in the budgeting process
- Support the finance team with the monthly internal control system
Other responsibilities
- Support the Head of Regulatory Reporting to answer to regulators queries /surveys on regulatory reporting under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer
- Support the Finance team in the automation / efficiency initiatives that relate to financial / regulatory management reporting
- Support the Finance & Accounting team in the management of projects and work closely with the Head of Planning & Reporting and the Head of Accounting & Tax to deliver on a timely basis all related deliverables
- Actively support the Accounting & Finance team for the external audit and internal & external inspections
- Act as back up to the Head of Regulatory Reporting
- Contributes to the design and implementation of a robust control environment for the department
**Your profile**
- Experience (3-5 years) in accounting, finance and/or regulatory reporting in a banking environment
- Master’s degree in finance and/or accounting
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory reporting under Luxemburgish laws and regulations
- Very good knowledge of regulations applicable to the banking sector
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of OneSumX from Wolters Kluwer (formerly branded FRS / Data Foundation) is a strong plus
- Ability to analyse large amount of data
- Good knowledge of private banking operations, banking processes and the related risk
- Knowledge of T24/Globus and Hyperion is a plus
- Understanding of IFRS for banks
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or potentially Portuguese is a plus
