Our client is a US head-quartered investment management company, with a huge European presence. Due to continued company growth and expansion in Europe, they are now seeking a **Business Manager - Distribution **to help drive forward the firm’s distribution strategy on the continent.
The** Business Manager - Distribution **will take responsibility for the following:
- Support the European business growth through a number of business development and change initiatives
- Play a critical role in the delivery of investment solutions and distribution services to clients
- Support the Head of Europe and be required to successfully manage distribution led initiatives and core services that help Sales and Marketing Teams to succeed
- Leading the development and delivery of the Distribution key strategic initiatives associated to aspects such as ESG & sustainability, operating model, target markets, and channel distribution
- Own co-ordination of Distribution’s sales tracking and quarterly review processes
- Contribute to the design of new operating models and business processes related to European Distribution and other areas
- Lead and support the delivery of projects and core services that help European Distribution transform to meet client needs
The **Business Manager - Distribution** will meet the following skillset:
- Strong ability to influence - must be able to demonstrate persuasion skills at interview stage, as stakeholder management is a critical part of this role
- Track record of delivery and servicing across a range of cross-functional, cross-country projects from setting strategy through to execution
- Experience in at least one of the following functions in investment management: Sales, Marketing, Client Servicing and/or Client Onboarding
- Proven project management experience
- Fluency or business proficiency in a European language, preferably French or German
