About the Role

This role has become available due to the continued growth and evolving needs within the Depositary Services team. Reporting directly to the Senior Depositary Officer, the position involves assisting in the day-to-day delivery of Depositary Services, acting as a point of contact for internal clients, and developing expertise in key regulatory and industry practices.

Your Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Senior Depositary Officer, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with team objectives.
- Assist in the daily operations of Depositary Services, contributing to the efficient delivery of tasks and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients, addressing queries and providing support as needed.
- Ensure consistent adherence to service levels and standards, maintaining the quality and reliability of services.
- Identify and recommend areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and stay updated on relevant regulatory and industry changes, ensuring compliance and adaptability.
- Perform core Depositary tasks, including cash flow monitoring, safekeeping of assets, and oversight duties, as required.
- Collaborate with team members to manage workloads and ensure timely delivery of services.

Your Experience
- Experience in Depositary Services or related financial services roles, with a strong understanding of operational processes and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily service delivery, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels and quality standards.
- Proven track record of acting as a client-facing contact, effectively managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in cash flow monitoring, safekeeping of assets, and performing oversight duties.
- Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards in financial services, and the ability to adapt to evolving changes.
- Hands-on experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Collaborative team experience, with the ability to coordinate workloads and manage priorities across teams.
