**Job Description**:
Are you a senior depositary professional, looking to work for a growing and thriving international business in Luxembourg? You will have prior people management experience, and probably around 4 -7 years’ experience working in depositary services.
In this role you will:
Responsibilities include:
- Report to the Head of Depositary Services
- Manage client relationships for the depositary services offering, liaising directly with clients, acting as their point of contact and supporting requests for information from them
- Reviewing checklists within the depositary team, ensuring processes and procedures are being followed correctly
- Manage cash flow monitoring and oversight activities
- Manage a small team of depositary colleagues (junior and accountants), ensuring they are given training, direction, and are motivated
- Manage the due diligence on delegates, periodic reviews and NAV oversight review
- Work with the Head of Depositary in monitoring team performance, achievements and financial success, managing the billing timetable
- Providing robust and detailed reporting to clients and internal stakeholders, presenting your findings and conclusions well
In order to qualify for this role you will have:
- 4+ years (likely 4 - 7) of experience in fund accounting, audit or depositary experience
- Good practical knowledge of working in depositary with alternative funds (private equity, real estate, private debt, infrastructure) and strong knowledge of AIFMD
- Strong client management experience, success in managing and developing a client relationship, acting as their point person in your organisation
- Practical experience of supervising a small team
- Can do attitude, and desire to learn, tactful with sense of integrity
- Fluent English is essential, good knowledge of other European languages a plus
- Prior Luxembourg experience
