Au sein de la Banque professionnelle, le département Depositary Control & Oversight contribue au suivi des risques et obligations de la banque dépositaire.
Au sein d'une équipe composée de 9 expert-es aux profils différents, notre Depositary Control Analyst aura pour mission de:
- réaliser les contrôles journaliers et périodiques du plan de contrôle (Safekeeping, Cash-flow Monitoring et Oversight duties) en les adaptant aux risques liés à la nature, à la taille et à la complexité de la stratégie et de la politique des fonds ;
- réaliser les due-diligence sur les différents intervenants externes (clients de la Banque Professionnelle et/ou entités liées entrant dans le champ d'action de Depositary Control) ;
- analyser et surveiller, sur base d'indicateurs périodiques, les risques liés aux portefeuilles de clients privés et assurances déposés en nos livres et gérés par des gestionnaires tiers afin d'identifier les éventuels risques pour la Banque ;
- informer le management et / ou les clients via le processus d'« escalation » interne et/ou externe des résultats des contrôles effectués afin de s'assurer de la remédiation des déficiences ou écarts potentiels identifiés par rapport aux processus de la Banque ;
- préparer les reportings internes et externes liés au contrôle dépositaire, aussi bien dans le domaine des fonds d'investissements que dans le domaine de la gestion tiers ;
- participer à la mise à niveau continue des connaissances, des procédures et du plan de contrôle, ainsi qu'au suivi des nouvelles règlementations et des projets impactant l'activité de dépositaire afin d'assurer la conformité continue et l'efficience des processus de l'équipe Depositary Control.
**Profil**:
Diplômé-e d'un Master en finance, économie ou contrôle, vous disposez d'une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'Asset Servicing (banque, société de gestion, cabinet d'audit).
- Vous avez des connaissances sur le domaine des fonds et des risques liés aux flux opérationnels de cette activité ;
- Vous êtes curieux-se et aimez prendre des initiatives. Vous aimez communiquer avec des intervenant-es internes et externes divers ;
- Doté-e d'un esprit critique, analytique et de synthèse, vous faites preuve de rigueur ;
- Une première expérience en audit de fonds constitue un atout ;
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral. La connaissance de l'allemand sera considérée comme un atout.
