**Responsibility**:
We are looking for a versatile, highly skilled, and innovative Director in Luxembourg.
- Oversee the research and development operational program of autonomous vehicles in Luxembourg, collaborating closely with partners to ensure safe operations.
- Serve as the first contact for Pony.ai’s Luxembourg partners
- Assist in project deployment and operations related matters such as arranging vehicle maintenance, charging, towing, vehicle import into LuxembourgWork closely with the International Director to develop and implement strategic planning for the European market.
- Conduct market research to understand local trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Develop and execute strategic plans, explore the local market, and implement sales programs to achieve the company's business goal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor products and services to meet local market requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Be an ambassador for business development within the company, helping educate senior leadership and project teams on agreement structures, opportunities, and constraints.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
- Recent and significant (5-15 years) experience in business partnerships and strategy in the technology or transportation space
- Direct experience in working in Engineering Teams
- Hands-on experience in program or project management leading or tracking technical projects to launch
- Exceptional capability to build a variety of cross-functional and external relationships
- A strong understanding of the autonomous driving and traditional automotive industries
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong analytical skills with proven results
- Exceptional attention to detail, solid time management and ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay ahead of things while meeting deadlines in a fast moving environment
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication, project management (coordinating multiple projects throughout the entire lifecycle), interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluent in both English and French
**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in automotive OEMs or Tier1 is a plus
- Fluent in German
