**Summary**:
We are looking for a strong and autonomous Senior Transfer Agency Officer to join my client, small private bank based in the city of Luxembourg. You will be dealing with investors on-boarding, maintain the shareholders’ register, issuance and transmission to the investors of capital notices of intra-group UCITS funds and third-party alternative investment funds (Private Equity).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing of the subscription, redemption, transfer and conversion orders as well as dividend distributions.
- Issuance and transmission to the investors of contract notes, holding statements and convening notices to the AGM/EGM.
- Point of contact for investors.
- Following-up on auditors requests relating to investors documentation.

**Key requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience gained in Luxembourg.
- Working experience with UCITS funds and alternative investment funds (private equity).
- AML/KYC knowledge.
- Fluency in English and B level of French.
