AML | CTF | Compliance | Alternative Investment Funds
This is a great opportunity to join a leading asset management company (~ €400bn AUM) focusing on PE/RE and Debt Investment Funds market. Located in the city-center, you’ll work directly with its successful and highly qualified Legal and Compliance teams.
You will provide compliance and business-related support to both the AIFM and unregulated entities platforms.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Oversight of the management, record keeping, monitoring, and analytical functions involved with KYC procedures, anti-fraud, AML, CTF in Luxembourg, in particular for Sicar platform funds and assistance on non-SICAR platforms
- Conduct & oversee onboarding, ongoing & periodic due diligence reviews on clients, delegates & business relationships
- Key liaison with the global transactions management team for AML, KYC on transactions & providing real-time support to the teams
- Act as RC on SICAR and SCSps and execute the AML/CFT Monitoring Plan
- Key point of contact for AML/CTF & KYC requests from counterparties
- Monitoring & oversight
- Perform the Compliance Risk Assessment and execute the Compliance Monitoring Plan
**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Economics
- Any other AML/CTF and Compliance certification is considered an asset
- Have at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role or in AML/CFT audit position
- Knowledge and understanding of Luxembourg AML & Compliance laws and regulations
- Knowledge of private equity / real assets/credit investment structures, their legal and administrative requirements, and day-to-day business
- Being fluent in English, French will be considered an advantage
