**Transfer Agency - Associate**

**About the role**
We are looking for an Experienced Transfer Agency to join a commercial real estate firm based in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for day-to-day Registrar and Transfer Agent tasks for client’s Luxembourg based funds and you will be prepare and execute corporate, regulatory compliance and legal documentation.
**Key responsibilities**
- Processing of the subscription, redemption, transfer and conversion orders as well as merger events and dividend distributions.
- Supporting any operational or organisational projects related to Registrar and Transfer Agent tasks.
- Proven knowledge of compliance, AML, KYC and applicable data protection principles and requirements.
- Establishing and improving legal and corporate governance guidelines and procedures.
**Your Profile**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Transfer Agency gained in Luxembourg.
- Previous experience in dealing with complex investment structures would be an asset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meat deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
