We are looking for our future Fund Operations Officer to complete our team. Your missions are the following:

- Assistance in the onboarding process of newfunds including the review of legal and contractual documentation, coordination with the different stakeholders, implementation with the operational teams
- Calculating share class allocations, waterfall distributions and equalizations
- Process and control of closings, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions and transfers of shares
- Coordination of financial audits
- Creation and maintenance of shareholders registers, bondholders registers and investor reports
- Review and update of internal procedures and checklists

Required profile:

- Fluent in French & English
- Master's degree in Economics or Finance
- + 3 years of experience in the areas of alternative investment fund administration

**Salary**: From €55,000.00 per year
