**Description**
- Act as payroll expert and first point of contact for employee inquiries on compensation and benefits
- Participate in payroll process for Luxembourg
- Fill in monthly tax & social security declaration and annual obligations
- Manage duties for employees abroad (split payroll, A1 request, tax return, declaration to foreign authorities)
- Prepare documents for tax control
- Prepare and follow-up annual salary review process
- Manage relationships with payroll stakeholders (Social Security, Tax administration)
- Provide employees with best-in-class experience
- Maintain employee data in HR systems and provide information for reports and analysis
- Participate in transformation projects for payroll efficiency
- Train employees or HR on payroll topics (cross border, fringe benefits)
- Perform handbook and policy updates, lead and manage compensation and benefits projects
**Profile**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll administration in a fiduciary or a large company
- Effective knowledge of Luxembourgish payroll administration
- Experience in dealing with collective agreements for different types of employees would be an asset
- Strong understanding of tax, labor & Social security laws for Luxembourg & cross border countries
- Luxembourg & cross-border tax specialist would be a competitive advantage.
- A solid knowledge or demonstrated experience with the SAP software, Neocase and Fiori will be considered as an important advantage;
- Fluent in French and English
