You are proficient in English (European Framework level C2)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Global Security Operations (GSO) team is seeking an exceptionally driven, fast-moving, resourceful and proactive Executive Assistant. GSO leverages a Team of Team’s construct, employing data-driven strategies and tactics to protect Amazon’s people, brand, and assets from threats. This approach further secures Amazon’s tangible and intangible assets from loss and damage; secures Amazon’s supply chain end-to-end; enables the continuity and resiliency of Amazon’s operations; and mitigates risks and impacts of unavoidable crises.
The position is based in Luxembourg and will require office attendance of 3+ days/week.
Key job responsibilities
- Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams across multiple time zones.
- Manage domestic and international travel
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Act as a liaison for direct reports
- Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
- Have fun at work and help others do the same
