Client Account Manager - Fund Services Luxembourg
Our client is a private bank in Luxembourg, located in the pedestrian and quiet city center. Thanks to their growing offer, their fund services is now looking for a Client Account Manager to join their international team.
With 40 offices worldwide, this Swiss-based private bank managed to keep a hands-on environment and is a fertile environment for horizontal growth on a short/mid term basis as well as possible vertical progression long-term.
Specialised in Alternative Investment funds, complex and legal structures (fund of funds, BDOs, Trusts, Foundations..), our client is looking a profile skilled in Transfer Agency, AML and/or Fund On-Boarding.
**Responsibilities include**:
Holding technical and commercial discussions with the prospect;
Participate to discussions and negotiations and follow-up meeting with the Head of funds;
Prepare and issue fee to the prospect;
Prepare the documentation in compliance with KYC/AML/CTF standards and regulations;
Take ownership of the more complexes issues that can be risen during the on-boarding process;
Sanctions and PEP screenings when relevant;
Implement SLA/SLD with all clients and meeting their deadlines;
Perform relevant risk assessments;
Support internal and external audit.
**Your profile (including, but not limited to)**:
3+ years of post-graduation experience in the financial sector;
Experience as a Transfer Agent OR Experience with KYC and/or KYT/KYD screenings;
Experience working with AIF;
Experience as a Fund Manager OR Experience with Fund Administration and/or Fund Domiciliation/Registration;
Fluent in English (French, German are a strong plus, other languages are always an asset).
