**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and target new companies in Romania requiring recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Present the company’s recruitment services and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for recruitment services.

**Market Research and Strategy Development**
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential sectors for recruitment.
- Create and implement strategic plans to expand the client base in Romania.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.

**Recruitment Coordination**
- Coordinate with the documentation team to meet legal and compliance requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Business Growth Initiatives**
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Attend industry events, trade fairs, and seminars to enhance the company’s visibility.
- Develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

**Reporting and Budgeting**
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to business development activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Pay: €4,974.20 - €7,461.30 per month
