**Responsibilities**:
GBTO/MAR/REG is the department dedicated to the production of regulatory (EMIR, MIFID, SFTR,) and tax reporting (FATCA, CRS, QI) of the bank. It is responsible for the quality of the information sent to regulators and thus plays a key role in ensuring the compliance of the bank with regulatory constraints and expectations.

It also contributes to challenging regulatory projects.
- Production and control of transactional regulatory reporting (EMIR, MIFID, SFTR, MMSR)
- Production of key indicators on activity
- Production of operational committees’ documentation and participation to committees
- Follow up of the quality of externalized services
- Process automation and optimization
- Assistance to the production of tax reporting (FATCA, CRS)

**Profile required**:
Studies & experience:

- Graduate with a Master’s degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in **Finance**:

- A previous experience in **the banking industry** would be appreciated

Language skills:

- Fluent in English (B2-C1)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of products such as derivatives, loans, repos, etc.
- Proficient / Good command of MS Office - VBA and/or Python skills would be appreciated

**The VIE assignment in a nutshell**

In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
